DirectoryAgency · the done-for-you crew

Our hands on your directory.

You are not buying a course or a tool. You tell us what needs doing — getting listed and findable, cleaning up what is already there, building the pages, the whole setup — and we do it. Eight tiers, one crew, one job at a time.

What we do

Eight jobs. You pick the one in front of you.

Each tier is a specific piece of work with a specific finish line, not a retainer. One is open for booking today; the rest are in build and each has its own page.

Tier 1 · Registry

DirectoryRegistry

Getting your directory listed, structured and findable — so the thing you built can actually be found.

Tier 2 · Cleanup

DirectoryCleanup

Tidying up the data, listings and loose ends already on your site, so the next thing you build sits on something solid.

Tier 3 · Webpage

DirectoryWebpage

One page for your directory, designed and built to match the rest of your site rather than looking bolted on.

Tier 4 · Essentials

DirectoryEssentials

The essential build — the pieces every directory needs working from day one, done in one pass.

Tier 5 · Setup

DirectorySetup

Our standard MVP setup of your site, done by us, so you start from a working base instead of a blank install.

Tier 6 · Day

DirectoryDay

A dedicated build day. You bring the list, we work through it, and it ships that day rather than joining a queue.

Tier 7 · White Glove

DirectoryWhiteGlove

The full multi-day build — planned, built and pushed live end to end, with you in the loop rather than in the weeds.

Tier 8 · Developer

DirectoryDeveloper

Developer time for the custom work that does not fit a package — managed so it never becomes something only one person understands.

How a job runs

Intake, scope, build, shipped.

The same four phases whichever tier you book. You always know which one you are in, and nothing moves to the next until the last one is signed off.

Phase 1

Intake

You tell us what needs doing, in your words. No form gymnastics.

Phase 2

Scope

We write back what we will actually do, what it costs, and what we need from you.

Phase 3

Build

We do the work on your site. You hear when something changes, before it changes.

Phase 4

Shipped

It is live, it is yours, and nothing about it depends on us staying involved.

The ladder

Eight tiers, smallest job to biggest.

Agency is one of the twelve DirectoryToolkit brands and carries eight tiers of its own. They are not a subscription you climb — they are eight separate jobs you can book.

The punch list

What we need from you.

Short list, and it is the whole list. A job stalls when one of these is missing, so we ask up front rather than halfway through.

Access to the site

Admin access so we can do the work. You keep ownership throughout.

What “done” looks like

A sentence or two on the outcome you want. We turn that into the scope.

Anything already tried

What is half-built or was attempted before, so we do not undo your work.

One person to sign off

Someone who can say yes. It is the single biggest thing that keeps a job moving.

Questions

Agency, answered.

Do I have to know which tier I need?
No. Describe the outcome you want and we will tell you which job it is — including if it is smaller than you thought.
Do you take over my site?
No. You keep ownership and admin access the whole way through. When a job is shipped, nothing about it depends on us staying involved.
Is this a retainer?
No. Each tier is a specific piece of work with a finish line. You book the next one when you want the next thing done.
What if the work turns out bigger than the tier?
You hear that at the scope phase, before anything starts — not as a surprise partway through.
When do the remaining tiers open?
Seven of the eight are in build. Each already has its own page — open the one you care about to see where it stands.

One job, one finish line. Start with the thing that is bothering you today and we will tell you which tier it is.
